WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! 2 1/2 weeks ago I sat with this guy Mike the owner and requested a vinyl wrap design on a sniper rifle. We talked for over an hour as I described my vision of the gun. Almost everything I conveyed to him about my vision he agreed to do. 2 weeks past, he doesn't contact me, I have to contact him and he tells me that something personal came up and it should be done by Wednesday. So I give him til Thursday and I call him and yet it's not ready, he says it will be done by 12:30. I get to his shop and I sit there for almost an hour while he's apparently putting the finishing touches on it. Need less to say the finish product wasn't even remotely close to the vision that I in detailed gave him. I told him I need orange on the design and he says, "well I could've told you I don't have orange" . I wanted the whole gun wrapped in vinyl yet all i got were randomly place stickers of my design I gave him poorly applied with bubbles and creases not even a smooth contour. He never called me to proof the design or show me a rough product, I had to pursue him to ask how things were going, He hardly ever answers his phone and more importantly waste my 2 weeks I had to wait to get a poorly executed vision of my concept and design. Do you think he could have apologized? NOPE, I'll make no assumptions of why he's working out of his garage, but my experience is a clear indication as to why he is and will continue to work there if his careless customer service and lack of artistic vision exist. He seriously was going to charge me and he wasn't getting anything from me. Needless to say, he kicked me out of his garage, because I was an unsatisfied customer.
