First of all, you have to be polite to the customers even if you are 5 mins before closing. The worst part was that it was Manager the one that was responsible of this. Her name is Roni, I believe she is Asian . My girlfriend and I went yesterday to buy make-up for her, and the Manager was rushing her and telling everyone that they were about to close and that we needed to hurry up. She raised her Voice to my girlfriend, and she was very rude.
