Nice place but customer service is terrible. What should really only take an hour could take up to 2 hours and that doesn't include your wait time. Forget about booking an appointment because you will just have to wait for the next available person anyway even when you're told you're next, they'll just go to someone else and keep you waiting. Booked an appointment 2 hours prior to arriving only to show up, check in, and no one is able to help me and I have to wait....needless to say I will not return nor would I reccomend this place, customer service is everything and there isn't any here.
My best friend referred me to the salon 10 months ago and for the first time I went in as a walkin 10 days ago. I was satisfied with my experience until 3 days later the gel chipped off of my thumb nail. On the 5th day I was finally able to go back in and by then the entire gel had peeled off of my thumb, and was peeling off of the acrylic on my other thumb and middle finger. When I arrived the nail technician that had done them recognized me and offered to fix them but I requested that someone else please do them. They were quite busy but they were able to set me up with a technician that Mia approved of. I was a little surprised that they did not start the process from the beginning and treat it as a routine fill but I trusted their decision making considering Mia was sitting right there. At the end of my visit I out that the technician doing my nails does not usually do fills or work on nails. 4 days later half of the acrylic has broken off of my thumb nail. 1. I work in a restaurant so I was very happy that it broke off at home and not while I was working. 2. Sad I won't be coming back because I followed them from the old location. I am only giving them 2 stars because every other time I have gone Kevin or V has done an amazing job.
