I have worked in the document department of a mortgage company for over five years. I've dealt with counties in 26 states and my interaction with this county was far and away the worst experience I have ever had. The SUPERVISOR I spoke to was rude and inept. The staff at this office is the definition of having a cushy government job that you coast on.
