I tried to call in an order for a pizza and the phone continuously just wrings, no answer, not even to tell me if they're bust and can they place me on hold. So I go wait in line to try and order a pizza I waited for 20 minutes in the line to get to the window and they tell me they aren't taking orders for pizzas because they are backed up. Places with good customer service would answer the phone in the first place, but if they didn't should at least put up a sign or tell people you're no longer taking pizza orders. That's outright horrible customer service.
