My clients chose this company after I had recommended someone else. They purchased the home after this company produced a report with less than 5 defects. 2 months later, they are having work done around the home, and uncovering all sorts of issues with the home. Outlets that don't work, a water heater than was 18 years old that wasn't reported on, no insulation at all in the attic, heat that barely works, a leak in the crawlspace of the home, and several windows that have damaged hardware. Pay the extra money and get a good inspection company.
