Contra Loma Regional Park

Went here with my wife and son and was joined by my 2 neighbors and their dog for a bbq and took my 15 month omd son fishing for the first time. Ive been here a few times and loved it every time. Always plenty of room and the fishing is good. Plenty of shade because it gets hot and they have a swimming pool that opens memorial day i believe plus hiking trails. Great family and dog friendly park. Very big so bigger parties are no problem. There is a $5 parking fee and a $5 one day fishing permit fee voth which are well worth it
