Comfort Suites

Horrible experience with staff. I stayed December 31st through January 1st and when I checked in, the staff had me write one name that was staying in the hotel and said NO guests. They wouldn't even let anyone in my room to help carry up my suitcases. They were absolutely rude. Then I was about 5-10 mins for checkout and they wanted to charge me another full night. And then they charged my card for another $40 without any explanation or warning. I went for a good time and they completely ruined my experience. Would not recommend. They did have good coffee in the lobby though.
