Horrible billing and customer service, even with a rep from the insurance company on the line with me saying they need to submit claims they were making excuses and insisting we weren’t in compliance with our policy.

Everything was finally taken care of and I really appreciate Shannon for handling everything. It really shouldn’t have gotten to the frustration level it did especially when you have an insurance advocate on the line with you asking for the bills to be submitted to them.
