Buyer beware - what we were told from the sales people regarding their quality & customer services was not the truth. We unfortunately feel like we were totally lied to and swindled on this purchase and would never recommend anyone buy furniture here. All of our concerns about the custom, $8.5k down couch we bought -- which the sales person repeatedly assured us would never happen -- have all happened. We were also assured they had the best customer service and any issues would be rectified without any hassle, which is NOT the case. We literally feel sick when we look at how awful this expensive couch looks, which started within months of receiving it. It has been less than a year & I so badly wish we had never worked with this company and gone with our gut & bought from Restoration Hardware (who actually DOES have great quality & customer service!). See the photos others have posted of what the couches look like in the store and then compare to my photo of what it looks like in your home after you have JUST fluffed up the cushions as best you can. We requested they do something to try & help us as the cushions and pillows need constant fluffing, multiple times a day (we were assured they would not ever need fluffing & definitely not daily) and even then, they still look awful & are so uncomfortable and lumpy. The fabric is all stretched out already in places and it has not even been a year, and the pillows are so flat that you can't even fluff them at all. Our request for help fixing the issues was flat out denied. I cannot even imagine how horrible this couch will look in a few years -- it should have lasted at least 10 years, but it is a mess after less than 10 months. No solution offered by their allegedly "amazing" customer service we were sold on. Horrible experience -- please do not waste your money here!
