Chili's Grill & Bar

Food was average. Service could have been better. Server had to many tables to manage. When leaving my 70 year old mother was forced to use the kiosks to pay. When it wouldn't read her card we had to pay in cash. General manager told us it's a new payment system an had to work bugs out of it. I'm from the Cincinnati area and will never return to this location. However I'm sure this happens in other states also.
