Children's Choice Pediatric Dental Care

The idea of using movies to distract kids is great. The staff is friendly. I appreciate their willingness NOT to rush to fill a forming cavity, but to brush well and watch. However, their record keeping is lacking. I am a foster parent and repeatedly after a child returns home they will NOT remove me or my info from the file, even going so far as adding siblings to my name that NEVER lived with me. As I right this I had to cancel my child's appointment for today because a previous foster child had dental work done that was not covered and they claim it happened under my care. It is NOT my fault that THEY do not check ID before doing procedures! Great atmosphere, lousy record keeping!
