Came in to cash a simple lottery ticket I bought at this store the cashier/employee Jackie made a mistake and scratch off the bar code now she is refusing to reimburse me my lottery winnings. She keeps telling me she can't do it anything about it and will not contact the store manager to see how we can handle this stating the store manager is to busy. This is really upsetting that she can't handle this until whenever her store manager shows up.
