I always come to this place since it is the closest to my home and I liked the service until today. It was 7/15/2017 2:05PM Transaction#203 Cashbox#02. The teller name was Grace and her last name was not indicated. She was so far the rudest teller I've ever seen. She gave me an attitude for not filling out the slip and I asked her how much my balance were and she asked me about mobile service with sarcasm. I can't even ask teller how much balance I have? after transaction was over, she never asked me if I need anything to help with like other "nice" tellers I usually talk to. I can tell she was about to take off right after my transaction. However, Chase is so far the biggest bank in America and I always had an impression of being them so professional. For that reason, I think this teller do not fit in to this company. I really wish she can do a better job. If I see an improvement, I will take off this post. She got me so mad to the point that I am putting my effort and time to complain about this person.
