Working in a fast food restaurant I understand that it can get incredibly busy and that it takes time to get orders out. I just won't let by that they hype up the food and present it poorly. My food was cold, and seemed like it was just tossed in. I feel like if I have to wait 20 minute for my food it should be warm and well presented. Just a final tip get more management.
