Brought my Passat here to be repaired. They called the next day with an estimate quickly and told us it'd be ready in a couple of days. The same night, I get a notification from my Car Net app to let me know my doors are unlocked. I thought that was strange and hit the navigation button and find out my car is not at the dealership. Someone from the service dept took my car home for the night! When I picked up my car the next day I spoke with the manager and told him I was upset that they would take my car without notifying me. He told me they do that sometimes to further diagnose the cars, but should have notified me. I'm pretty sure they already knew what was wrong since they had given us an estimate on the repairs. Just someone taking it for a joy ride. Makes you wonder how many other cars they take without customers knowing. Don't think I'll be back!!

I've gone to a lot of VW dealerships across the bay, central Valley, and Freano Area. This place has taken care of me from Day 1. Always pointing me in the right direction, in terms of vehicle care. They are attentive and punctual. Friendly and humorous. The location has a very comfortable waiting room from nice leather lazy boy style seats, to table and high chair seats, HD TV, let's just say VW always gets waiting rooms right lol. Brandon and Mitchell are excellent examples of what you expect from the service department and the sales department. Very realistic and honest guidance. Whether I'm asking simple question to the difference between vehicles or what should I focus on in terms of maintenance. Bottom line, The Modesto VW dealership has taken care of me and they'll take care of you too. I certain of that.

Went in today to look at the 2018 Tiguan. I had exchanged a few emails prior to my visit with Kenny one of the manager's to get pricing and other info on the vehicle. Kenny did all he could to make the deal work and was very professional. We were also assisted by Alex and Joshan during the purchase. Both these guys went above and beyond. Made the whole buying process painless and easy. The financing guy Cristobal was great as well, easy going, explained everything in detail and made the signing of papers a breeze. We are very happy with our purchase thanks all to Kenny, Alex, Joshan and Cristobal. These guys are definitely an asset to Central Valley VW and one of the reasons why I was able to drive home in a new car today.
