Horrible wait times and teller was having unnecessary side conversation with the person she was "helping". They could have been out way quicker, but the teller noticed the customer worked at Xfinity so she proceeded to tell them her whole problem with Xfinity and getting his info down so he could help her with her service. Totally unprofessional. Even the people in line were frustrated. Spent an unnecessary 45 minutes in there. That is ridiculous!
