Caruso Lincoln

Went to the service department for the very first time first-time customer never been here before brought my two cars Lincoln Navigator and the Lincoln MKT. I was approached by one of the service personnel and was told there was going to be a three-hour wait for a simple oil change for both vehicles you spend over 75,000 on an SUV + 57000 for a luxury sedan. You would think that you would get better service but apparently this dealer is certifiable the worst place to get your car serviced. Lack of staff but most important lack of customer service the worst Lincoln dealer service by far none.
