I am giving Carmel Terrace 5-Stars for their quality of service and customer relations. They care. The property management team is very professional and has a good track record for resolving issues. They promote a family type environment and provide perks such as Food Trucks on Thursdays and holiday events. The service team is great as well and respond to maintenance issues promptly. I will be here 5 years in October and I look forward to continuing my stay at Carmel Terrace.
