Good Customer service isn't a thing here. I went in to get a synthetic oil change and used a $25 off any service that Volkswagen sent me, and Jorge at service department told me they wouldn't take the discount card because volkswagen doesn't do that. He literally tried to speak for Volkswagen as a whole. This literally happened within 30 seconds before pushing me aside to this other lady making a appointments. Really man us the volkswagen owners as customers make your check without us you wouldn't have a job. Some people pick the wrong field. Even though I live 1 mile away from them I'll be taking my car to Ontario Volkswagen they cared about their customers. They also conducted and A/C service and after taking my money I went home and realized that the air filter cover was gone I took it back and Jorge told me straight out that the wind took it and it was my fault that it was missing. Those people never take responsibility for anything they do. They should all be fired and replaced with well trained professionals. The following day Mark the service manager called me to offer me a free oil change and when I declined his offer and told him that they were full of excuses he yelled at me through the phone. Outstanding way to talk to customers Mark hopefully your boss and corporate won't treat me like you did.
