Capital Seafood Restaurant - Irvine Spectrum

I was surprised to read about a perceived "racist attitude". I was there on 3/31/18 and had no issues. It is possible that people that don't take the time to try and understand the language barrier might think they are being mistreated. We had excellent wait staff and while it was difficult to understand some of what was said, if you kindly and asked the servers to repeat, they were happy to help. If you have never been before and did not know what you needed to do to get dim sum, it could be a little overwhelming but we had a great time and I would go again. We had dim sum and it was hot and very good.
