This apartment is part of a nice complex. We were attracted to it immediatly. We liked the apartments and ammenities and the staff was very helpful and nice. For the most part it is a quite community, unless you live near the pool. There is no security or enforcement for the pool hours. When people are in there after hours and are being loud there is nothing you can do that will solve the problem. We have been told to call the police, which does nothing because the police have better things to do than respond to a noise complaint at an apartment complex pool. We have also been told to call the maintenance number to complain and whomever was on call would get them out, but we were never called back. We've even reported people after the fact and see no results. while the staff seems like they want to reduce the occurrence of people in the pool after hours, nothing is done. If it wasn't for the issues with the pool we would love this place, but we are really just counting down the days until we can leave.
My boyfriend and I went to view these apartments yesterday and I can tell you they are beautiful. BUT there is no way we would ever move in there after the treatment we received from the man in the office. As soon as we walked in we felt unwelcome. I could tell you his name if he had cared to introduce himself to us or ask our names. He asked what we wanted we said we wanted wanted to see if we could look at the apartments. He told me to fill out a paper and walked away. He didn't make conversation while walking us over to the model, he wasn't friendly or inviting. To be quite honest it was actually extremely awkward and uncomfortable. The apartment was gorgeous and spacious but because of the treatment we received we won't be going back. I wish I could tell you more about the property but he didn't tell us anything about that either. If I am going to pay that much for an apartment I expect better treatment then that from the office staff.
