All-Clad uses these guys for warranty service in California. We sent them a waffle maker to be repaired because the non-stick coating was peeling off. They returned it to us un-repaired and broken. They seem to think that peeling teflon looks the same as oil buildup. They also do not know how to properly package electronics so they return safely without being damaged further.
