I was a tenant with Alamo properties and, when I my lease expired, I was trying to deal with a large stain in the living room that I caused but could never really get cleaned. I informed Casey of the problem stain and fully expected to lose some of my deposit. Casey informed me that they were due to change the carpets in this unit and it was not a problem. I got my full deposit back without issue. She did not need to do that but I am sure glad she did..
