He was able to schedule a Saturday appointment, which works for me. the owner called ahead of time to inform me that he was on his way, and arrived on schedule. He did a great job cleaning my carpet, I'm very happy with the results. My girlfriend's dog urinated on my carpet, and there was an odor, even after I cleaned it. He offered me a pet odor treatment and I decided to purchased the pet odor killer from him, and the odor has not return, (its been a little over a week.) The price was also very reasonable. It was a little more than renting a rug doctor plus the soap, and I don't have to do it. It also dried very quick. Will definitely let my friends and family know about this company.
