I'm a Pro Audio engineer and I found these guys through an apple magazine saying some good stuff and I happened to be in the market for a high speed drive at the time I was thinking an Esata Drive and express card, when I called they told me for the same price they make a custom USB 3.0 express card for macbook pro and they filled me in on a 1 or 2 TB USB 3.0 drive. I decided to buy it test it and review it and keep it or review it and return it, because they offer a 30 dollar money back deal. I installed everything and attempted to open a Pro Tools Session and my computer crashed (kernal panic etc etc.) so I immediately called them and coincidentally the guy that I picked up the drive from answered and apologized and transfered me to customer service. He was very quick about his answer, he said "Please send me the log of the kernal panic and I will take a look at it and return your email asap." I said "ok" "Sure" expecting not to hear from them for days.......Anyway I sent the log and went to go eat, WHILE I AM IN THE DRIVE THROUGH AT TACO BELL I receive an email back from them. I immediately rush home and download the new driver they sent me and it worked perfectly**BOTTON LINE** -- IN CASE YOU WANT TO SKIP TO THIS PART AND NOT READ MY LONG STORY-- is that the drive worked amazing after that and l travel and do all my sessions with it, TOTALLY STOKED CALDIGIT!!
