the store manager Shannon put me on a BRIEF and I got transferred 3 times! Spoke with 3 associates to repeating my question.... Keep in mind I got transferred 2 times before speak to a "manager". Then one of the associates asked my number said they will call me back instead of keeping me on the line. Surprise they never called back. During the phone call, I probably said thank you 5 times and there was no "you are welcome" response at all. Courtesy makes everybody's day easier girls
