Buffalo Wild Wings

Food was good. However I called in my order then still had to wait well over a half hour past my pick up time for my food. The poor guy at the register was working his butt off while other servers and a manager either played with their cell phones or stood and watched the room. If it was a busy night I would understand but it wasn't. No reason for it to take over an hour for a small wing and onion rings
