Budget Car Rental

Understaffed! Ashley was the only employee on a Saturday assisting the lobby and the phone. She was incredibly condescending and her demeanor sounded as though so didn’t want to be there any longer than she had to. She kept telling people she was closing soon and made it sounds like a big inconvenience to help us. The rates are outrageous through the franchise vs what we found online through corporate. Ashley said she couldn’t help us if the reservation wasn’t correct because her system wouldn’t allow her to open it. The car was dirty because apparently they don’t have detailers on the weekends. I went to adjust the seat and the lever came off in my hand. This place is a total mess Budget. Get it together!
