Bubbly

Kitchy decor, arrogant staff, terribly long wait even though the place was not that crowded. Tea is tasty but I don't think I'll be coming back. Also I saw them taking the plastic lids from a carton box to the kitchen and they dropped some of them on the (very dirty) floor and just picked them up and added them to the rest of the lids like nothing happened...
