Brookstone

Some girl that works there had the worst attitude I've ever experienced. (How is this issue not resolved) I did not feel welcomed nor did I feel like she helped me even when I did ask questions about the products. I asked her for her opinion on the portable chargers and she just pointed at them, and continued to talk to one of her friends... THAT WAS IT. I don't think she should be working there if she hates her job to that extent. I shop at brookstone often but this is the type of stuff that makes me never want to step foot in the store again. I will be contacting the corporate office and will be telling them about my experience. A customer should not feel unwelcome when they are simply trying to shop.
