Brooks Brothers

Best Brooks Brothers around most knowledgeable and helpful staff of any I've ever been to. They have a wonderful location with almost everything you could need. Oh they also have a pool table if all the clothes boar you.

This review is not for the product but for the customer service we received at this store this past Sunday. The sales rep had a disinterested and sometimes hostile attitude towards us, but not so much to the other customers - which is sad. We dont' like to admit that people in SF can discriminate based on perceived value - by that i mean, he just didnt think we were important enough for him to even pretend that we were customers worth attending to. We made our displeasure known to their manager - what comes of it, we won't know, but it's important to get this out there because we love brooks brothers, and are frequent customers, we would hate to not have to come into the store because we didn't feel welcome by their sales staff.
