I bought a necklace while traveling through Cabazon when I opened it, it was broken. I returned two days later when coming back and was told all sales were final, even though it was broken. The manager commented that even employees could not return merchandise, as if this was going to make it better. I have been a Brighton customer for 20 years and stopped here many times but will not go back. When I voiced this the other employee said good. Because I was unhappy and I felt the manager should make this right I asked to speak to someone else and was given a customer service line where I had to leave a message. Don't shop here not worth it.
