Christine is very nice and very helpful. I've only ever had to wait a minute to drop off. Same for pick up. One time she pointed out a couple stains I hadn't noticed and another time she didn't charge me for stain removal because I wasn't in a rush to pick up. I just started coming here, but don't think I'll be changing it up. Haven't gotten an alteration or repair done yet, so I can't speak to that, but this will be my first stop when the time comes. It appears as if she has alteration equipment and surplus fabrics.
