I have used this office for two years for my senior pug. At first, it was really great and we loved the clean, zen atmosphere.
The last six months are terrible. Cant get through on the phone, impossible to make appointments, takes forever to get prescriptions filled if they even have the medication to begin with.
I take my dog’s health and life super seriously and hate switching care providers, but i cant take it anymore. Its now been almost 48 hours since we put in a request for flea medication and i was just informed they dont have it “in her size range” anymore. But, like, why tho?
Just bad service and too pricey. Trying to do way too damn much.
