I can't say enough good things about the customer service I received when I took my 2014 328d in for service. I bought it from another Hendrick store and brought it in with a long list of small issues, and they took care of all the ones I knew about, and more that were still under warranty.
Allison, my service advisor, went above and beyond to keep me informed anytime there was an update on my car, and was by far the nicest service advisor I've ever had!! I highly recommend her for anyone taking their car in for service at BMW of Murrieta because she keeps you in the loop every step of the way, and is extremely detailed and knowledgeable.
My car had a weird issue where the driver side wouldn't detect the road lines while driving, and the lane departure wouldn't notify me that I was leaving the lane until the driver side wheel was either on or already over the line. No one could figure it out, so I rode in my car with Trevor, a lead technician, to explain what was going on and to see if he could replicate the issue. Sure enough, he saw the problem and told me he would try to diagnose the issue, as well as keep me updated with the progress and what/if it would cost me, if it wasn't covered under the warranty. Trevor spent a week trying to figure out the issue, and found that the drivers side camera by the windshield wasn't secured properly, which is why it was providing inconsistent results. He called me twice to keep my updated on his progress with the car, and even said that he would cover the labor cost for me since he was the only one working on the car for the entire week. I can't say enough good things about Trevor, and hope that he works on my car everytime I come in because the sensor now works perfectly!!
Lastly, Kevin, the service director, and his service department all went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. As a 22 year old girl, I get taken advantage almost every time I have to take my car somewhere, and Kevin and his service department never treated me any different than a standard customer. From dropping my car off late in the day, to picking it up early in the morning, Kevin was always on the front line making sure every customer was more than well taken care of. He even gave me a convertible loaner to drive around in while my car was being serviced since the weather was so nice! I can't thank BMW of Murrieta enough for their amazing customer service and for taking such great care of my car, and will definitely be recommending them to all my BMW friends!!
