Bloomingdale's

Visit to the South Coast Plaza store on the 19 of January, walked into the formal gown department picked out a gown. I went to counter to purchase and sales associate was ringing up another customer and proceeded to tell her "I won't put a b-tag on your dress, I trust you" I was not sure what she was talking about until she rang me up with my dress and put a B-tag on and explained " you may return this dress , however as long as the tag is attached" What? why was I treated different was it my color? did I look un trustworthy? Very un- professional and discriminating! I called the General manager to give them the opportunity to re- educate their sales team on customer service. Unfortunately Bloomingdales could careless about customer service as well as discrimination against their customers. Bloomingdales management has not bothered to call me back as of this date. I am clearly ok with the concept of the B-Tag, but not ok with sales people picking and choosing who to trust. My recommendation, go to Nordstrom they treat everyone with respect and give free hemming. Oh so very sad!
