Excellent results by James. Carpet was really dirty (large dog tracking in/out) and some heavy stains. Took extra cleaning effort, but stains were removed and carpet looked very nice at the end. In fact carpet looked so good, we then had him clean 3 large recliner chairs. The results made them look nearly new. wife was happy.
