Big 5 Sporting Goods - Fresno

My first time at this location was to help my step son return some shoes he bought that were to small. The employees greeted us at the door and explained how to exchange the shoes. It took us a little while to get someone to go to the back and get the shoes in the right size but we got them and the employee at the front did the exchange even though the shoes we brought back had been worn a few times. The store was a little overstocked and hard to get around but they did have everything we needed and they took care of us.
