Super rude manager and return desk lady who first wouldn't let me return a defective phone bought 5 days ago because it had a scratch on the corner casing, saying that it was "no longer in new condition", but then was told "peace out" afterward by the return clerk with the manager right next to her like people say condescendingly after I became flustered at what just happened and decided to leave. Both seemed to know their excuse was a lie, but decided to hold their ground and stuck with it anyway like they had a beef with me, yet I was kind and decent with them the whole time. I'm shocked and feel compelled to go back and get their names to file a formal complaint.
