i had to return an item that an employee told me to get when i told them the exact thing i was looking for but it wast a match. its not their fault i bought but it was because of their persistence that made me believe they knew what there talking about
Came in to the store during my lunch to purchase a video game and it was very busy. I tried getting assistance but every associate was assisting somebody. The games were not organized and after searching for over 15 minutes I gave up. I asked an associate and was told that most likely was sold out. I checked the Best Buy app and it showed in stock. Decided to order it and let them try to find it. Sure enough I received an email notification that my order was ready for pickup. Went after work and got the game. Not going to knock them given the holiday rush and my timing of going to the store. Overall my experience was pleasant. If you're looking at an item online and it's in stock, save some time and buy it online and pick it up.
