BESTBUY is THE BEST place to buy / EXTREMELY helpful and EXTREMELY knowledgeable ! Ask for a supervisor if you don't feel good about something. They bend over backwards !!! HOW can someone REALLY SERIOUSLY suggest amazon ? And you're helping your local community and people that need a job ? BUY at BESTBUY in YOUR hometown and support these guys that are so friendly. [AND if you can't get to the store they have an online store too!!!!]

Update December 2017- Bought a laptop from Richard (with the glasses, "Microsoft Expert", etc). Super friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, not pushy. Guided us to what we needed and gave us great recommendations. Even checked to see if there were coupons that applied that would help with our purchase. From ~2015 actually knowledgable staff! Best Buy has come a long way since going private a few years ago.
