Amazing results and excellent service! I definitely recommend Berman Skin Institute. Having lived in Southern California with my set skin routine, I wasn’t sure where to go when I moved up to the Bay Area. I didn’t feel comfortable with all the flashy upselling that comes with medispas – medical professionals in a medical environment is more my style. A friend recommended checking out Berman Skin Institute in Palo Alto. From check-in to check-out, the service was flawless. They took the time to listen to what worked for me in the past and what didn’t. I had IPL treatments for dark spots (from pregnancy) and freckles. They were very sensitive to my low pain tolerance and the results have been great! Special shout out to Kathy. She is incredibly knowledgeable. She was thorough, patient and does excellent work!
