Berkeley Ace Hardware

Came here to get keys made and ended up waiting 20+ minutes while the employees sort of wandered about. If I had known how long they would have taken I would have gone elsewhere. The only reason I'll give them 3 and not one is because the price was reasonable. Would not recommend if you value your time.

I used to love this hardware store for its thoroughness and convenience but their new location, downtown Berkeley without parking, is a crushing blow to their former convenience.
