I went to a different mortgage place at the beginning of 2017 and I didn't feel like I was being taken seriously. I'm someone who has many questions and I like to get answers to those questions but all the answers I was getting felt confusing and my goals seemed unobtainable. So, I left that office with my tail between my legs. I spoke to my husband about seeing Benji but because I was so discouraged I waited 8 months to do so. I'm so glad I finally made the appointment with him!
First off, I LOVED that I could request an appoint online. I don't have much time during working hours to spend on the phone so that feature was extremely convenient. His secretary got back to me within a couple hours and scheduled me an appointment by email. When I arrived for my appointment I immediately noticed how cozy it felt. His receptionist was very kind and offered me a drink (water, soda, etc.). Meeting Benji for the first time I immediately felt comfortable talking to him. He answered all my questions in terms I could understand. My husband came to the appointment a little late and Benji had no problem filling him in on things we discussed. Benji gave us something the person before him didn't. HOPE! We left there feeling like would could really do this! We could really own a home soon!
Benji replied to all my messages in an extremely timely manner and never made me feel like I was pestering him.
Soon after we met Mike who was also very warm and kind. He explained everything clearly and also answered all my stupid questions without hesitation. We left our appointment with him feeling like we had made a new friend. Lynn, the loan processor Mike assigned to us, is also very kind. She is extremely prompt. I try to gather and send out paperwork within a 24 hour period of it being requested and everyone I've dealt with during this process works just as quickly.
This entire office has made this stressful experience extremely easy going. I'm overly happy my husband and I decided to use Benji and his team and since day one we've been telling EVERYONE to make an appointment with him.
