The price I got for the room was a very good deal.
Very friendly staff and mostly a clean room. Updated furniture and free WiFi. Comes with microwave and big mini fridge that actually keeps food cold. The free breakfast is pretty good and the staff was so sweet to feed us even when we came when breakfast was over.
The couple of complaints I have are big ones for me and this is on the owner/ management.
The bottom sheets for the king bed didnt fit and immediately comes off and gets wrapped up so you are sleeping on a rubber mattress pad and I have no idea who has slept on it before. The carpets really need to be cleaned, there is no reason for black feet and / or socks in a room.
One more thing Hollister is a quiet town , but this hotel is located at one of the busiest intersections and you can hear the road noise very clearly. This is not a big deal for me but some people I know are sensative.
