Bay Shores Peninsula Hotel

Our family booked several rooms because of the proximity to a wedding we were holding at the Marina Park Event Center. Any reservations I had about the hotel were diminished with my first phone call. After several calls thereafter I realized it didn’t matter who I spoke to, as every employee went out of their way to assist me, regardless of the request. Upon arrival, we received the same extraordinary customer service. Every person in our large party had the same pleasant encounters. The suites were perfectly suited for our wedding prep needs and the single rooms were very comfortable. The free breakfast was extensive and it didn’t matter that the breakfast room was small, since the rooftop seating was to die for with a 360 degree view of gorgeous scenery. We will be back. Warren, Donna, Ralph and ALL of the housekeeping staff are to be rewarded 5 stars.
