After over 1 Minute of no one answering, my mother then called 911, right after the ambulance was was sent, that is after you give them all your information and the patient status, he had already been dead for over a Minute, then the alarm system finally responded. The ambulance was already on its way, and unfortunately the 2-3 min of them not responding was crucial, as when the ambulance finally arrived, he had been dead for over 4 min, it took them too long to resuscitate him and he was brain dead. Calling 911 is faster than this system
