Baskin-Robbins

I went into the store on January 14. The two girls working served my friend and I around 9:10 and then refused to serve other customers after us. Their first excuse was the register wasn't working and then they said they couldn't let customers in because they were mopping. At 9:35 a group of girls came in and the girls working told them they were closed even though the store closes at 10 pm. Awful customer service! Also the girls weren't wearing hats and didn't wash their hands before serving us.
