Sima at Basin Street Hair has been my hair dresser for about 2 years now. I see her every 6 weeks for a weave and a cut. Sima is an absolute expert in hair color. I get compliments all the time and have referred many friends to her who have since become loyal clients to her. Before I found Sima, I had a hair dresser for about 15 years who moved.
